围炉煮茶

Boil tea in a fire

人生如茶，沉时坦然，

慢慢熬，慢慢品，

才会醇香浓厚，回味甘甜！

Hello everyone, welcome to our program. This is Harper.

H: Today, I would like to introduce the theme of the new trend-stove boiled tea. Let's begin with two questions about what is tea boiling around the stove and why is it popular？

今天我想介绍的主题是新潮流-围炉煮茶。接下来就以什么是围炉煮茶和为什么围炉煮茶会流行起来这两个问题来展开我们今天的电台吧。

H: It's the latest way for people to relax during the New Year. As the name suggests, the activity refers to lightly roasting tea leaves before boiling them in a pot on a charcoal-filled stove. People sit around the stove and have snacks such as fruits, nuts, and desserts with their hot tea which can be enjoyed alone or blended with flowers and milk.

这是人们在新年期间放松的最新方式。顾名思义，这个活动指的是轻轻烘烤茶叶,然后在炭炉上的锅里煮。人们围坐在火炉旁，吃着水果、坚果和甜点等零食，配上热茶，可以单独享用，也可以与鲜花和牛奶混合在一起。

H: So why has cooking tea over the stove become a new social trend among young people？One aspect may be emotional satisfaction, propping up a mental resting place with an idle posture. Contemporary young people have a fast pace of work and life, while cooking tea around the stove is relaxing and quiet. With a relaxed attitude, young people can temporarily forget the troubles of life, just like "steal half a day's leisure".

那么围炉煮茶为何成为年轻人社交新风潮呢？一个方面可能是情感满足，用闲散的姿态撑起心灵休憩地。当代年轻人工作生活节奏快，而围炉煮茶放松，幽静，能用轻松的姿态让年轻人暂时忘却生活的烦恼，正如“偷得浮生半日闲”。

H: The second aspect may be social needs. When the social password is used to “cook tea around the stove” on social platforms, young people will flock to popular activities and get “conversation topics” for young people through the activities they participate in together.

第二方面可能是社交需求，拿捏社交密码，“围炉煮茶”在社交平台中刷屏，年轻人便会对热门活动趋之若鹜，以共同参与的活动获得年轻群体的“交往谈资”。

H: Third, cultural influence. Chinese traditional tea culture has a long history and contains endless cultural connotation and spiritual power. In ancient times, this activity was actually called a tea banquet. It was a kind of tea tasting and conversation among friends, which began in the Southern and Northern Dynasties and flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasties. It was once regarded as a token of the social and emotional expression of literati and poets.

第三，文化影响。中国传统茶文化源远流长，蕴含无穷的文化内涵和精神力量。在古代这项活动其实被称为茶宴，是朋友间以茶为宴席的一种品茗清谈之举，始于南北朝，兴盛于唐宋，曾被视为文人骚客社交、寄情抒怀的表征。

H: By integrating into People's Daily life, it helps Chinese tea culture to take root among the young generation. In the modern soil, with social scenes, the millenniums of “intangible cultural heritage” can be revitalized.

通过融入人们的日常生活，助力中国茶文化在年轻一代落地生根，在现代的土壤中，凭借社交场景，使千年“非遗”焕发新机。

H: The last point, I think, is environmental support. The new trend of winter consumption in the post-epidemic era. By the end of 2022, the epidemic was gradually lifted across the country, but the epidemic was still spreading in society, making it difficult to carry out activities such as traveling abroad on a large scale, and young people were eager to enjoy social fun close to home. In the winter when low temperatures are common throughout the country, the form of “surrounding furnace” transmits energy by heat, and also allows people to warm each other in laughter, which has become a fashionable social ceremony in the current winter.

最后一点，我觉得是环境加持。后疫情时代下的冬季消费新风潮。2022年底，全国各地疫情逐渐放开，但是疫情仍在社会中传播，出国旅游等活动难以大范围开展，年轻人渴望在家附近就能享受社交乐趣。而迈入全国普遍低温的冬季，“围炉”形式以热量传递能量，也让人们能在欢笑中相互取暖，成为当下入冬时髦的社交仪式。
